Rest

As of Wednesday the 25th we will be adding a new class to the evening schedule as well as changing the times. New schedule is as follows:

3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, & 7:30

The last two classes are meant for beginners or those not comfortable to advance yet. If you are not on that level please try your best to not disturb those classes.

Those of you who are training to compete, please become more courteous to those members taking the evening classes. Classes have the priority on the front platforms. If you are doing workouts outside of class please use the platforms in the back or wait for the platforms to open up.

Competitors:

Wod 1 – 3 rope climbs, 6 DL (145/100), 9 HSPU, 12 C&J (70/50), 15 BJ’s (30/24).

Wod 2 – Split Snatch/ Snatch 3×2@ 90% then OHS max Reps @ Muscle Snatch Wt.

Wod 3 – 2 rounds of 100 Lunges, 1 mile run.

  2. For those who refer to “pushing someone’s shit in”…..here is a clip of some NFLdudes getting drilled

  3. Did Friday’s lifts:

    OHP – 3×3 @ 90% – 38k for 2 reps then dropped to 37k for remaining sets

    DL – 3×3 @ 90% – 65k, 70k, 75k; hadn’t maxed DL for many months so did that after – new max is 90k (15k PR)

    WOD 1: 11:05 – DL 85k, C&J 35k – Thanks Shane for staying with me on the end of that one! And thanks to Shane and Nick for doctoring my leg gash after I bit it on my first box jump.
